The Open Auto Drive Forum (OADF) web site is sponsored and hosted by the Navigation Data Standard e.V. (NDS), Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal Information and Information Sharing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For each visit to our login page www.openautodrive.org we automatically recognize your IP address, domain and web browser. This information is not used to personally identify you. We use your IP address to help diagnose possible problems with our server farm and Internet connection. We do not sell or market this information to any third party. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the registration\/sign-up processes, you provide us with personally identifiable information such as name, email address and company. This information is used primarily to identify you in our service, which is necessary for the login process. The individual user account is based on e-mail addresses. We do not share this information with anyone, nor do we sell or market this information to any third party. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you are logged in to the services you may enter personal information in your preferences, such as name, title, company or organization, postal address, phone and fax numbers, etc. This information is only shared with other OADF members who also registered in the systems and with the subcontractors supporting OADF in the management. We do not share this information with third parties nor do we sell or market this information to any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our service may contain links to other sites. OADF\/NDS is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third Party Integrations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The administration OADF accounts and the hosting of data is executed by thirds parties subcontracted by NDS e.V.: The company Theis Consult GmbH, Aachen, Germany (responsible for the hosting of www.openautodrive.org) and Irion & Junker Projektmanagement GmbH, Gries, Germany (responsible the administration of the accounts). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cookies<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We use cookies to save your email address. Cookies are also used for the duration you are logged in to store session information. Please note that our service requiresthe use of cookies for the login procedure, so you cannot use the service if you set your browser to reject cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recognize the importance our members place on security. We exercise great care to see to that any information you enter or upload to your account is handled in a secure manner. The services have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The NDS subcontractors have been carefully selected in order to ensure the security of your data and the collaboration is based on comprehensive contracts regarding the scope of the work and the privacy of your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Backups of user and project data are scheduled on a regular basis and these backups are stored encrypted and safely locked up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choice\/Opt-Out, Deactivate<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

By registering to the OADF system you will receive information relevant for all OADFmembers. If you do not want to receive this information, you can unsubscribe at any time via the system and by informing us using the contact information given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may also decide to delete your OADF account and related information, e.g., by using the contact data given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes in this Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

NDS reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason. Users will be notified about changes in the Privacy Statement via our web sites and email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
